We are back!

As many of you will have seen, Clubs can re-open from Monday 1st June and we are so excited to welcome you back!

We are permitted to open under strict guidelines by the NSW Government, particularly around capacity and social distancing. With this in mind, please understand that any customers not adhering to social distancing requirements or any other reasonable direction by club staff will be required to leave the premises.

Our staff have been busy cleaning and getting everything ready for you, and while most things will look normal, there are some additional measures that have been implemented to keep you, our staff and our community safe.

Additional Cleaning - We have implemented additional cleaning measures to ensure a high level of cleaning and sanitizing. We are doing this to ensure the safety of you and our staff.

Social Distancing – Social distancing is now a big part of all our lives and as a condition of being allowed to re-open it is important that we all take this seriously. We will be promoting and enforcing social distancing through all areas of the Club in line with the government recommendations. Please keep a safe distance between each other. We have provided guidance on the floor for your safety.

Stop the spread of germs - Remember to practice good hygiene, wash your hands, use a tissue, cough into your arm and if you feel unwell please stay at home. We regret that you will not be permitted entry to the club if displaying any signs of illness.

Membership – Memberships and points have been extended until the 30th of September. As a condition of entry, we will require anyone who enters Windsor RSL to be a member of the Club. We expect this to be a temporary condition that will be reviewed monthly, in line with Government restrictions. We will also require you to swipe your membership card at one of our kiosks when you arrive, so we have a record of who has visited the club as per government regulations.

Easy Lane & Bistro 36 Bookings – We encourage you to make a booking so we can guarantee your table. With strict social distancing and capacity limits in place this will help us ensure you are not disappointed if we are unable to fit you in.

In addition, we can only take bookings of up to 10 people in a group and encourage these bookings only for people who are from the same household. Each booking will have a 90 minute seating time, which allows us to comply with government guidelines.

Regular Weekly Activities – Bingo and Raffles will run as normal on a weekly basis. Unfortunately promotions such Members Badge Draw, Cash Housie and Entertainment are on hold until further notice.

Members FAQ’s

What happens to my membership?
The Board has resolved to hold all annual memberships for an additional period of six months. This means memberships due to expire at the end of March 2020 will have their annual membership term extended (6) six months to 30th September 2020.

What happens to my points?
In line with the membership extension, annual membership points for Gold, Silver, Bronze and Club tiers will not be deleted until 30th September 2020. Your points will be waiting for you when we re-open.

What happens if I have booked and paid for shows and entertainment?
All entertainment has been postponed while we are closed. If you have tickets for a show that has been postponed, we encourage you to hold onto your tickets until a new date has been announced. If you are unable to attend on the rescheduled date, we will happily offer you a full refund.

What happens to my voucher, or raffle tickets, that expire whilst the Club is closed?
Please hold onto the voucher and we will honour the voucher in the first (3) three months after the Club reopens.

How do I contact the Club while it is closed?
