NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING Sunday 28th June 2009 11:00am in the Auditorium THE BUSINESS CONDUCTED AT ANNUAL CLUB MEETINGS The business of the Annual General Meeting shall be conducted as follows: 1. To confirm the Minutes of the previous Annual General Meeting 2. To receive reports from the Board 3. To deal with any other business of which due notice has been given 4. To deal with any other business that the meeting may approve of which due notice has not been given 5. All business and notices to be dealt with at the Annual General Meeting shall be handed to the General Manager at least twenty-eight (28) days prior to the date of such meeting.
