WINDSOR RSL SPEEDWAY
Welcome to the WINDSOR RSL Speedway, which operated in the historic town of Windsor, New South Wales between 1949 and 1968. 
On 28th July 2002 a memorial plaque commorating the history of the speedway was unveiled on the sandstone wall on the western side of Soverign Place, the cul-de-sac that leads into the site of the speedway. Over 1500 people attended the unveling inlcuding many ex-competitors and relatives of the two drivers who lost their lives while competing at the speedway. The number of people at the unveiling showed that while Windsor RSL Speedway is gone, it is definately not forgotten. The aim of this website is to preserve the memory of the Windsor RSL Speedway for future generations.
